Solutions / Business systems & automation
Connect the systems. Automate the busywork.
Dashboards, integrations, and workflow automation for operations that have outgrown manual reconciliation.
Orders live in one system, inventory in another, customer data somewhere else — and someone on your team is the integration layer, copying numbers between tabs. It works until it doesn't, and it doesn't scale.
- Orders, inventory, and customer data visible in one place.
- Routine reporting that used to take an afternoon running automatically.
- Fewer manual handoffs, so errors don't compound between systems.
- A system your team understands and can extend, not a black box.
- Data & business systems
Dashboards, pipelines, CRM/ERP connections.
- AI & automation
Document workflows and operational automation.

Mapping the current workflow before automating it.
We map the actual operational workflow first — what happens, in what order, and where it breaks down — before proposing an integration or automation. That mapping step catches the difference between 'automate the current mess' and 'fix the workflow, then automate it,' which usually matters more than it sounds.
- Do you build custom integrations, or use existing tools?
- Whichever actually fits — an existing integration platform where one exists and is reliable, custom work where it doesn't. We won't build custom for its own sake.
- What if our data is messy right now?
- Common, and part of what discovery is for. We'll tell you honestly whether it needs cleanup before automation makes sense.
- Is this only for ecommerce operations?
- No — the same approach applies to any operational workflow, ecommerce is just where we see it most often.
